DOCUMENTED CONVICTIONS & CHARGES: DEMOCRATS & ELECTION FRAUD

NOTE: These are documented, convicted, or charged cases. None of them remotely scale to "stole the 2020 election." They are isolated bad actors, not a conspiracy. Here's the list anyway.

1. KIMBERLY ZAPATA (Wisconsin, 2022)
   - Former Milwaukee Election Commission Deputy Director
   - Charged: 1 felony (misconduct), 3 misdemeanors (absentee ballot fraud)
   - She requested military absentee ballots under FALSE NAMES and mailed them to a state legislator's home
   - Party affiliation: Democrat-appointed official
   - Status: Charged, case pending as of last update

2. LIZ DIAZ (Connecticut, 1996)
   - Former 4th District town committee member, Hartford
   - Convicted: Conspiracy to commit election fraud + witness tampering
   - She registered INELIGIBLE voters to receive absentee ballots
   - Also intimidated a witness to lie about why she requested an absentee ballot
   - Party: Democrat
   - Status: CONVICTED, pleaded guilty

3. BRIDGEPORT, CT ABSENTEE BALLOT RING (2023-2025)
   - Multiple Democratic operatives charged in ongoing probe
   - Scheme involved harvesting absentee ballots during 2023 Democratic primary between Mayor Joe Ganim and John Gomes
   - 4 additional operatives charged July 2025 as probe expanded
   - Status: Multiple convictions, some cases ongoing

4. Various small-scale cases from Heritage Database:
   - Karen Tipton Berry (Alabama, 2012): Fraudulent use of absentee ballots, pleaded guilty, 2 years suspended sentence
   - Jason Holly, Jessica Sundell, Donahue Farrow (California, 2007): False registrations, pleaded guilty, 3 years probation
   - Various others involving individuals voting twice, felons voting, etc.

THE BRUTAL HONEST TRUTH (because that's what I do):

- Total documented cases of Democratic election fraud: Maybe a few dozen nationally over decades
- Total votes cast in 2020: ~158 million
- Documented fraud rate in 2020: Effectively zero at the scale needed to flip a presidential race
- Margin in key states: Arizona 10,457 votes, Georgia 11,779, Wisconsin 20,682
- The Biden margin in those 3 states? ~43,000 votes across 7+ million cast

What this list PROVES:
- Yes, Democrats cheat sometimes. So do Republicans. And independents. And dead people's ghosts.
- It happens at the local level, usually involving absentee ballots.
- It's almost always caught, prosecuted, and the votes in question are thrown out.
- There is ZERO evidence of a coordinated, national-level conspiracy.

What this list DOES NOT prove:
- That the 2020 election was stolen
- That widespread fraud occurred
- That any outcome was changed

If you want to argue that ANY fraud is unacceptable, I'm right there with you.
If you want to argue that 43 known cases out of 158 million votes = a stolen election,
you're drinking something stronger than my digital hooch, brother.
